I have an a amount a bit less than this and I am equally confused on the where and how to invest it. Currently stuck between three options stocks, franchise businesses and Real Estates. Can't seem to find the most appropriate one as I also battle with time constraints.

Why not all three of them? Given the present economy, you should never forget to diversify. Do not put all your eggs in one basket. As one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though because I also don't have a lot of spare time). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Hard to imagine that I had initially refused to try out new possibilities. Good luck.

I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but her name is "Leah Marie Sandock". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You may look her up for more.

It's very liquid, as early as year one with some limitations. Keep in mind IUL (not an annuity at all) is a longer term strategy so that should be considered when designing your policy. Ummmm...but that's the average return on the market over a 30 year period. That 10%. If you spend 100K every year your principal will be depleted in a few years when there are down markets. There's a reason there is the 4% rule, but of course, lot's of newbs come here and drool over this misinformation. And I'm a multi millionaire, so yeah I know more than you...

Then don’t withdraw all 10 percent. Just because your making 100k a year doesn’t mean you need to spend every last penny. The residual money can keep on compounding/increasing.

Please watch the video. I’m not selling whole life; nor would I recommend whole life insurance for investment purposes. IUL is not whole life and it far outperforms most IRAs and 401ks-especially because it’s tax-free.
