Testing makeup in a humid climate and sharing makeup tricks. I am a light to medium warm olive skin toned 'Morena/ Filipina' (MAC NC 27-30) with a yellow undertone on normal days and golden undertone when tanned. My skin type is combination (sometimes oily - normal and sometimes oily - dry).

You are truly so naturally beautiful in the first place! I have been using this for years, and I am very happy with it. I am almost 54 years old, yet I am told so many times that my skin looks 20 years younger. I did stay out of the sun for the most part, have very fair skin, and I feel that most foundations tend to cake and show every wrinkle. This product soothes my skin and never cakes and makes my tone even. I love it so much. I do occasionally have to blot in humid weather, but other than that,,, this stuff is the best I have EVER used.. Thanks for the review,,, beautiful lady.

This is my favorite BB cream! I'm a fan of the skin-like finish this BB cream gives me even after I've powdered this down (where other foundations typically start to look quite "makeup-y" on me). The only drawbacks I see with this BB cream is that this oxidizes on me badly so I typically do mix this with lighter foundations so it will match my skintone better after it oxidizes. I have heard that Missha came out with a new shade (#25) and I really want to get my hands on that soon! (I also like the cushion version as well but using that is a little tricker for me because that one oxidizes even worse on me.) All in all, this is a great review that does my favorite BB cream justice! I enjoyed watching this even though I already have this product and experienced using this for myself. :)

Hi ALohaDiana, it's popular both in humid and dryer countries so I guess it all comes down if your skin is okay with it (or add moisturiser underneath if you need additional moisture). Thank you for watching! 😊

Hi 😊 If you're allergic to silicone, you should be having reactions now and should stop using it. But if you don't see any bad reactions, you should be fine 👍🏼. I am not a dermatologist though and this is just from my personal experience.

Ellana BB, Sunglow by fresh. I don’t usually wear BB or foundation during the day so this is based on my reviews and wear test. I preferred powder foundations, a color correcting cream w sunscreen (like The Body Shop CC) or just plain sunscreen.

How long does the sun protection last?

It’s always advised to re apply sun protection every 2 hours but when it’s mixed with makeup, women tend to not re-apply due to the hassle of erasing and re-applying the whole makeup.

1. Did you apply moisturizer underneath? If not, try applying a moisturizer (I love ceramidin cream - good for dry skin). Your skin may have over produced oils because it's probably getting a signal that it is dry. It's our skins way of protecting itself. 2. Try applying cold pressed Avocado oil at night. This will help you moisturize your skin as well. Light & get absorbed quickly 😊

Try Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing gel for combination oily to oily skin. You cant feel it after applying , even when you touch your skin , it feels like you got nothing on your skin . Cause it controls oil . Perfect for summer time . And then apply bb .

I used to love this BB cream but stopped when I realized it had a grayish undertone that didnt look good for me in photos. Just blend it well on the beard area so it won't cake up there. I'm a makeup artist and have done male makeup many times. Watch Wayne Goss/ gossmakeupartist channel to learn on how to blend foundations on men with beard.
