Fatima you know what because of you i have started regular skin care and i feel so motivated although i have miscarried a baby last week and i was so down and sad and going through postpartum depression but your vlogs helping me alot to focus on myself and feel good about myself

as for dehydration...if you eat a lot of high water content foods DURING SEHRI such as watermelon or cucumber it will keep you less thirsty compared to just drinking water as water will just be removed through urine... additionally adding electrolytes OR pink himalayan salt OR seasalt to your water (instead of just drinking plain water) and drinking that during sehri and through out the day helps with the fast...

my skin is dry and a lil bit sensitive. Im 23 and ive never used retinol as i think i should start using it after 25. so what you guys suggest? Has anyone used Quench serum for skin brightening by organic travelers? If yes then do let me know hows it?

You can use it once you're 25. Or even from now, but retinol also drys the skin. Always moisturise using a moisturiser made for dry skin esp when you start retinol.
