Her estranged husband’s then-lover, Michelle Troconis, heads to trial this week for her murder, despite Dulos’ body never being found. Troconis faces several charges including conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with physical evidence, and hindering prosecution. I suspect if police would've waited any longer to arrest him he would have tried to see all the kids then take them to Greece. He knew he didn't have near enough capital to continue building high end homes after the divorce. Michelle likely would have followed him there.

Well, I speak Spanish and English, but if it was me, I would ask also for an interpreter because even tho I speak both, my main language is Spanish and English isn’t my strongest, which means in court I wouldn’t understand all terms in English. Does this clarify your brain?? Bilingual people we tend to think in both at the same time which makes it harder to understand the second language.

What a tragedy of a case. Flotis left a mountain of hurt, devastation and questions unanswered in his cowardly way out. I feel for those poor kids and Jennifer's mother. Clearly Flotis murdered her, I believe Traconis helped, god knows why she didn't take a plea before he off'd himself.

I too believe she helped Fotis and knew it was going to happen before he killed Jennifer. She was as determined to re-marry without having to pay Jennifer alimony child support as Fotis was. Both were selfish egotisical willing to murder to get their own way. And no doubt they discussed what to say if ever they were questioned.

Fotis didn’t intend to kill himself- his plan was to be found in the process of the act- I think he underestimated how quickly the exhaust fumes would overtake him. He left the note to try to “ prove” the innocence of himself and his accomplices.

I’m not buying the coffee smell being undetectable. If you had to get rid of your floor mat because of the spill, it was a lot of coffee and there would be a coffee odor that would be difficult to ignore in a small space, like the cab of a truck.

I completely agree. I drove for a ride share company and coffee spills were frequent. The coffee odor is very strong and must be cleaned right away or the odor just gets stronger. She wouldn’t have to put the napkin up to her face to know that it was coffee. That’s because most likely it wasn’t.

Spanish is my first language, however I was born in the U.S. If I were born in Argentina, I would most definitely want a Spanish Translator. Seems she's legal to be here too. It's her right to have proper defense. And let's say she is Guilty... it's best that she had a translator so they don't try to appeal with that later on. Or perhaps she is innocent and truly seeking justice for herself. She does seem believable to me. But as a Latina, I'm a Detective, there's no way I wouldn't have noticed. All those garbage stops? No smell of coffee for this "coffee spill"? I would be very suspicious of my partner. That said, I feel so much for those children and Jennifer, whose life was unrightfully taken. QDP Jennifer.

That alibi script though... SHE knew it was not true. She knew there was no "sexy shower" that morning... She knew Fotis was not in an attorney meeting with his attorney at 8am that morning... She knew Fotis did not answer the phone call from his friend from overseas... Script written in perfect English by who ? What language did she speak to FD ? She bought clean up supplies... she accompanied him at Mt. Spring Road and did the car shuffle with the TACOMA... Why "clean" the TACOMA when it was getting detailed ? These activities delayed the law agencies from getting to the videos of the JAUNT through Hartford , discarding items from the clean up of the murder... were JFD's remains lost due to this delay ? She KNEW JFD was MISSING.... why did she think all of these lies were created ? SHE KNEW after the fact, did she know BEFORE it all happened ? Seems attorney KM did.... Hope they all go down and get to the final point... WHERE IS JFD ?

I doubt she will be convicted of much, because she didn't help him murder her. She's an accessory after the fact, and she will get a short sentence. The only reason she's being tried at all is that the State let Fotis Dulos slip through their fingers when he was given bail on the murder charge.

This was about money & control ... He didnt have the $ like Jennifer's family had. In fact he borrowed money from her mom .. He knew he would lose custody and going broke .. Men cant and won't handle that so they then decide to rid of their spouse ..And they probably feel if a body isnt found they wont be prosecuted

Fotis and his luxury home building company were deep in debt. Also, he owed money to his in-laws(Jennifer's folks). His bail for charges in around Jan/early Feb 2020 fell through because several of the properties used as bail collateral were in foreclosure etc. His 'wealth' seems to be surface. Like many folks around the area as well as country....
