These judges need to be held accountable

The judge that let him out ought to have to go on trial with him, same charges, they are responsible. Violent or sexual criminals don’t need to be out on bond, period.

I got married when I was 15 and my husband was extremely violent. I was absolutely petrified of him. Finally he brought home a lot lizard he found on the road.. he drove a truck. I don’t know what happened to me that day but needless to say I got two assault charges went to jail for 90 days only time I had ever been to jail. That was the best thing I had ever done for myself and my children. We never looked back. My mom had just got laid off from work and I started to drive a truck to be able to take care of my children without him. We never saw him but a handful of times over the years and now I have no idea where he is at. My children and I lived a very happy life. They had everything they needed or wanted within reason. I thank god for my mother everyday. My children are grown now and very happy healthy adults.

The damn judge should have never let that monster out on bond. The judge should be removed as a judge.

All these judges need to be held accountable for letting all these monsters out. How would they feel if it was their child?

Boys and girls, don't let abusers back into your lives _the first time_ to avoid this outcome. Seriously, be smart about who you want to "spend your life with forever".

I was in my first DV relationship at 17-20, we share a child together and she was a few months old when my mom died suddenly. It was just the radical shift in my life that changed my mindset entirely and made me want to leave him and the abuse for good. No one can make anyone truly leave their DV partner until they are in the mindset to be done, and so many people tried to help me leave him throughout the years. And hell yeah this girls dad has grounds for a lawsuit IMO, I hope he pursues it right off the bat.

My ex Husband (a big strong man) slugged me in the face while we were driving home from a concert 30 miles from home - he broke my nose - blood on all the windows. I let that slide, until he stabbed me one night in the stomach - Just grabbed a towel and my dog and left to the hospital. Had he been home 3 hours later my two brothers would be in prison - they tore the house apart but he was gone. There were minor other times he hit me but I would hit him back - I was dumb to stay as long as I did. Life is full of lessons. Prayers for the lady & your friends family and friends.

I've been in an abusive relationship for over 20 yrs, had 6 kids and was hit, slapped, held down while he beated on my face and chest, had my nose broken, I got away from him but had to sadly leave my kids behind 😔. We moved from Chicago to Florida and in Florida the father has rights no matter what, It's a No Fault State 😢 💔 I've delt with alot, He took his own life in 2019 and the kids blamed me. I no longer have a relationship with my kids because of his phyco ways and brainwashed them all. I still go through alot of anxiety and depression from it, working on myself everyday, Love ya Dolly & Pj. You help me on alot.

Great video 🎉 I had to flee to another state. The person who took me and my 3 little girls away to the town was so sweet!! Best move I ever made. Sure, I was scared!! Once I got to the town, a police officer met the person who took me there, and then he took me to the safe house, and I knew I was safe with my 3 little girls. We had our own room, and all the ladies were there for the same reason. We made friends and took turns making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They eventually arranged for the kids to go to school with fake names. We all hot therapy and were given help with college, a place to live, and a job. Whatever we needed. Even medical. I never had to look over my shoulder anymore ❤ So WOMEN OUT THERE, There are resources out there!!! Ask your local police departments. Thanks Dolly ❤

I truly think the dad should be able to sue ,and that damn judge should be kicked off his bench for bonding him.

We need new laws in this country to take back justice. If every father stood up & said the same, who's in control THEN? Can't believe the police actually tackled this guy who was threatening them to PROTECT HIM from harm! SOMEONE wants this country to fill up with criminals like this. SOMEONE ELSE will have to stop it...if it's going to stop. How long are we going to put up with this?

Not going to go too deep but I kept a 'ready bag' hidden with cash, keys, clothes. Left and went to secret women's shelter and stayed there until I could get out of the state. Been in therapy for years because I was bad about going back and starting the cycle over and over again. It's not as simple as to 'just leave' unfortunately. He committed suicide in 2014.

This man is pure evil. Law enforcement definitely dropped the ball by not informing this poor child's father of his release. I cannot even imagine the heartache that her family is experiencing. May the Lord wrap his loving arms around them.

The justice system is failing us. If you notice more and more cases are happening like this. We need to keep pressure on the laws because they continue to change frequently!

My daughter was killed by a drunk driver when she was in college for nursing. 😭 my daughters killer had multiple infractions of drugs and driving with an open container. Then while waiting for his trial the judge gave him 3 years probation. Here in NC. And he got another DUI while we waited for his slap on the wrist.

I got out by going to a battered women's shelter with my 3 kids for 45 days. I was so afraid. My attorney said most women I tell they he won't do anything to you, she told me I'm not going to say that to you because I think he will. I'm made it out alive

No Thank God I've never had to deal with a relationship like that. I would be gone as soon as I saw a hand get raised in the air. Also, YES the dad should sue the crap outta Nashville/Davidson County!!! I live in TN and idk wtf is going on in this state. He should of never been allowed to leave jail w/o a GPS monitor. I would definitely sue the state. He begged them not to let that monster out. He told them this would happen. The dad knows the situation better than the judge. The judge should have listened rather than reduced the bond.

Kentucky here! This case hit me harder than most because this could have been me. 2007 I walked and never looked back with 2 kids. I hate to think of what she went through. Dolly, 2007 I had two young kids n wouldn’t stay away from their dad. The state was tired of me not pressing charges after having to come in and save my life from him. I was given an ultimatum by the state we lived in to either have my children taken away from me or change my life. I accepted the offer and three hours later I was on a train going to an unknown state with a first name, no social security number and left my entire identity behind. That dirt bag has been in n out of prison his entire life since age 16. What makes me sick are people who cry wolf and e woman who abuse and think it’s ok cuz she’s a woman.

We had a friend who's new boyfriend took her by knife. He dismembered her and left her in trash bags on the interstate. He's been in prison for years and is old now. This was just over 30 years ago. Horrible !!!

The only way I could get out of a domestic violence relationship was to go into hiding. I didn't tell my family where I was living until the divorce was final. I worked in a government building. I gave the guards there his picture and they made it a point to watch me get to and from my car.

If I had not left my ex husband the day I did many years ago I think he would of killed me! My ex husband is dead now he got murdered he was shot in the chest close range and died instantly he was not a good guy!!

I've been in a couple of dangerous situations before. Luckily those people are out of my life now. I deleted the events I originally posted. I am not taking any chances. Sorry about that. Because of God's grace I came out safe from all of it.

My husband beat me daily towards the end. One night I crawled through the window with my 3 year old and never went back.

My dad insisted I get an education to be able to be aok financially if anything happened in marriage. He was right. Financial security helps what behaviors you will ever accept. 💰money & kids cause many women not to leave.

My nephew had been dating here for the last few months of her life. He was also harmed when the guy came in and got her from the home. It is so incredibly sad how this played out. There were two different bondsman companies that each put up 75k for him but his mom only paid 15k when he was released. The bond compaies were suppose to take him tobget his gps put on before he was actually released but the failed to do so. I escaped my first marriage wmy 2 kids in the middle of the night while my ex was drunk and passed out. Moved everything out from around him. Went straihht to police for Op and went into hiding at a family members home.

I don’t mind the three hour live streams tbh dolly I love watching all these things and get invested .but I do understand some people can’t watch long streams due to jobs and thins so yes couple of hour long luves is good too and also better for you if you also busy .but eather way I don’t mind long live uploads 😃

I have had a stalker before .it started out a relationship and I had to finish it advanced he was so so clingy and always around me and following me around so once I ended things it got worse he would text my phone and say how nice I looked when out shopping or just silly things to let me know he was watching .anv I would hear things around my house outside at night and even my doors getting tried so I needed up moving away Andy I didn’t tell family not friends until I felt safe as he would go to friends and get my number or know where I would be .but I got away before anything sinister happened and I’m glad I done it
