Editing Details:
The more I edit Mission Impossible dream trailers the more I become a fan of Tom Cruise. As a matter of fact by the time I’m editing this trailer for the first time I’ve been interested in watching his old films. Tom Cruise is no doubt one of the greatest actors in the film industry. Mission Impossible has become iconic because of him. Ethan Hunt going to space is the big idea that made my Mission Impossible 8 trailer 1 go viral. For trailer I wanted to bring that same element that made the trailer well received, which is seeing Ethan Hunt go to space. I made this the main idea to begin the trailer for excitement. Thanks to Jack Reacher Never Go Back film we get fresh action scenes of Tom Cruise. One iconic part of Mission Impossible franchise is seeing Tom Cruise drive motorcycle. Thanks to Faster short film its possible to see Ethan Hunt in a fresh motorcycle chase scene.
T o wrap the trailer, with the magic of editing, I made Tom Cruise go to space once again this time using clips from T0p Gun 2 of Tom Cruise in halo suit, I changed the background to space to connect a scene from Moonfall. For the slow scenes of Tom Cruise I got them from American Made and connected them with scenes from other cast. The music I got from MI7 trailer which was perfect because it makes the trailer feel like its the real Mission Impossible 8 Dead Reckoning Part Two.
