I was totally immersed in the movie in 4DX. The car chase and train scenes really threw me around hard. I got such an adrenaline rush that hours after the movie finished, my heart rate was still reading 125 bpm. After 8 hours, still high at 110 bpm. Took about 15 hours to drop below 100. That movie experience was great, but the after effects of high heart rate for extended time was painful. That's just a movie. I cannot imagine Tom Cruise's experience in doing these stunts for real. Does he experience such adrenaline rush?

Just saw this 4DX showing in Regal Orlando Pointe, this is my third time watching the film, so I know exactly the scenes that I would probably get some good shaking in the seats. I was right, during those car chase scenes and the train scene, the chair shaked like no tomorrow. That is also my complaint with 4DX, is that they sometimes made the chair shook way too much, I get that it is a movie and this was meant for the experience, but they really could had toned down the shaking with the chair, it will still get the feeling of 4D realism across. and no, I do not recommend eating popcorn during the movie, or any drinks, that should give you an idea on how much shaking we are talking about.

@@Wiki021 4DX and popcorn doesn't go well together so nope, the amount of shaking with the seats will make your popcorn go everywhere. This is why I said my complaint is the shaking, too violent that you get tossed around, needs to tone it down so you can have popcorn and drinks

Have fun! I'm taking my mom to see it on Monday, since she loves the series, but not sure if 4DX is too much for a 60yr old lol could you let me know how it is?

@@melissafaust3424dx can be pretty intense, I saw Indiana Jones the other day, it was a blast but it really does toss you around.
