The first thing I actually did was clean the inside of the front of the dryer where the lint filter goes, needles to say it was nasty. That didn’t fix the problem on my dryer. I have same exact one in your video. Tomorrow I will remove the back of the dryer and take the other initial steps. I did notice my dryer smells like gas on the inside of the tumbler, could you determine the issue by that alone? Could it be an issue with the igniter switch? My dryer is a gas dryer. Not steam hookup.

Just replaced my heating assembly as it was constantly tripping. The new assembly doesn’t get as hot as the old one and clothes aren’t fully drying sometimes. I cleaned out lint as best I could. Any ideas?
