to attract new players they need to overhaul the whole gaming experience .especially 1. the social features like the chats, its suck and seems like a dead world with no one talking...no visual nor sound notifications for world chat, not much interaction between players unlike old RO or other RO versions where there is bubble chat when people chatting in game. 2.. They should be more mini games between players, like you can ask player to random battle (for fun to test dmg etc) or some pet battle, chess in town , etc, 3. able to trade non gacha items or limited items (to avoid ghost transaction). 4. There should be faster leveling features for new player to catch up with older players without sacrificing the whole game learning experience. (no instant level up, but just getting more exp etc so the players can still learning the game mechanic) 5. The PVP should be f2p and new players friendly. They should be separation between them (the matchmaking should be based on atk or level) like there are room for 1~5k attack and room for 30k~ attack. Let all players to freely match up in guild wars only. I think MOBA and non auto attack is much better for PVP game experience, so how about a PVP room where players can only use 4 skills in game (no auto skills or attack)...and the objective is to destroy some mobs, while taking towers like LOL, Mobile legend or DOTA.
