Tip, a little olive oil in the pasta water while it cooks will help it from sticking. I make the same exact vodka sauce but with a different noodle I like to do it with a rigatoni! So fun and yum, great tips too Rem! ❤

The actual Italian translation of al dente is “to the tooth” which which means there is still a little bite to it and that’s what you would get in an authentic Italian restaurant/Italy. Love the ep so happy to see Alicia finally on!!❤

a little trick to stop ur pasta from sticking is putting a bit of water in the bottom of the pot so it keeps the moisture :)

my favorite nachos ever are from when i was in middle school and i was on a local basketball team in my town and they would serve nachos every game day and my mom and i would share them. they were sooo delicious. thats when i was like 12/13, im now 23 and still think about them 😢😂
