When people break up and there are kids, it becomes a fight of ego..maybe the former lady would use the kids to punish you, and you may feel like she can't control me over my own kids..this is a very typical problem. This will obviously degenerate to a custody battle. First of all calm down completely. Stress kills and your own body can turn on you. I wish I could talk to you somehow.
