Deus Ex - Use CASIE on Otar Botkoveli (The Calibrator) Mankind Divided

Persuasion/debate on Otar Botkobeli during the side mission The Calibrator. You will be asked by Koller to retrieve the calibrator inside the casino. There, you will encounter Otar. Successfully persuading him will allow him to let you walk freely in his casino.

They should have had Tbilisi as a location in Deus Ex game... I mean Tbilisi is pretty cyberpunk, pretty high-tech, but low life.

The first Splinter Cell game had Tbilisi as a location and also the first Ghost Recon game. :)

I love how they're georgian same as that boss guy in the theater. they have georgian family names. love you too designers!

I'm on a replay of the game. I got carried away using tranq gun and killing. It was just so much fun. I'm trying to find the callobrator so I got find this place again. Aug god.

I replayed the game 3 times. It was so fun whenever you get to experiment a lot of powerups. I missed this scene during my first playthrough.

I killed him straight after I converse with him to see if I could really Kill anyone I wanted in the game in open space... I was both pleasantly surprised and annoyed cause I fucked up the quest 😭

This may be a Deus Ex game, but there was a shit ton of Splinter Cell it. As you can hear in this video, Mr. Kombayn Nikoladze is one of the finest examples. The others being Lambert, Grimsdottir and of course, Adam and a lot of Splinter Cell NPC voices.

Got the same result without Casie. Not braggin or anything. It's just easy to understand what answers he wants to hear from you. Still dont undersand how to use Casie. lol

Just count the amount of times alpha, beta and omega flash and choose the dialogue option for the one that flashed the most This should work for most of them

@Just Some Alien yeah its a little to much but honestly if youre using CASIE you dont need to pay attention to what people are saying. Which in a way is also a bad thing

Sorry if i'm late to the bus, but that's not all about it: Casie helps you with the flashing, but it also unlocks the chance to win the argument always, even if you are upsetting the guy you're speaking with, but only if you take that chance when it comes (and it's usually halfway through). It basically unlocks a new outcome only for casie users, which on the other side has some tradeoffs (it's NEVER the best outcome).

I chose straight talk the a compliment then straight talk again and it work

I fucked up the conversation. Wasn’t taking no for an answer though and immediately flashbanged the room after regaining control. Turns out I killed Vano in the process but Otar was left alive (albeit unconscious). Koller got his thingy back and I didn’t have to worry about him being axed off later on. Nor did I have to be a lackie for the Mob. Sometimes shooting assholes is worth it. Even on a mostly pacifist run.
