Imagine putting that detective on the stand again lol. I've never seen anyone more incompetent in such a position. This investigation is an embarrassment-- the state choosing to humiliate themselves again would shock me. Or, maybe it wouldn't. Unbelievable.

Because of ONE holdout "activist".... allegedly. But the judge should have released with prejudice. They'll never be able to convict with the lack of evidence, because he didn't do it. The body was dragged and robbed. Who is going to protect the Kelly's now?!?!?! 🦘⚖️ 🚫⚖️🇺🇲😒

Know of a case where a man ran approx. 1 mile after being shot before dropping dead. In this case they had NO bullet and NO definitive proof of the actual gun that was used to shoot the bullet. Reasonable doubt MUCH? That juror that wanted so badly to convict this man obviously had no concept of what reasonable doubt is.
