A side question. The husband implies that he's a Hebrew Israelite who follows the dietary edicts of the Mosaic Law. Does that mean that Hebrew Israelites do not believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and our Savior who fulfilled the Mosaic Law under which Christians are not obligated. Also, in the Hebrew Scriptures, the 12 Hebrew tribes (10 tribes that broke away, 2 tribes plus Levites) have a history of unfaithfulness and did not retain approval as God's chosen people *national destruction at the hands of the Assyrians, Babylonians, and Romans). So, I wonder why many of us (those of African descent) are claiming to be the original Israelities. Of what merit is that?
