Wu Xie, Wang Pangzi, and Zhang Qiling, the adventurous golden trio, had their secluded lives in Rain Village disrupted by an old man named Qingchun. He brought news of strange incidents in the Wumule Mountains: thick fog, eerie shadows roaming within the mist, villagers go missing, and the mist fairy appears... Everything indicates an indescribable sense of horror. Qingchun requests the golden trio to investigate, and thus, they embark on a new adventure. Venturing deep into the mountains, they find themselves engulfed by dense fog and hindered by an invisible force. After a difficult trek through treacherous mountain trails, they discover a mysteriously large peach blossom tree at the peak, surrounded by a festive atmosphere. They looked around, but there was not a single villager to be found. Right then, eerie shadows roam within the mist, leading them to the mysterious underground palace in the mountains, seemingly the source of the fog. Following the enigmatic shadows into the palace, they notice that all the strangeness stems from an ancient coffin deep within it. At this point, Qingchun finally shows his true colors and, with a menacing glare, holds Pangzi hostage. It turns out that they have fallen into a massive conspiracy right from the beginning...

For those who want to watch more of them, I’ve put all the series in the right order. Watch the series in this order right under here. (All the series have different actors but still the same characters tho): 1. The Lost Tomb 2. The Lost Tomb 2 3. The Lost Tomb 2: Explore With the Note Different story but with the same trio (My favorite): 4. Ultimate Note 5. Tibetan Sea Flower (Unreleased, release date is unknown) This one takes place years later and is only about Wu Xie and another main character, not the trio but a good one: 6. Tomb of the Sea Different story but with the same trio years later: 7. Reunion: The Sound of the Providence 8. Reunion: The Sound of the Providence 2 (Side story) Not about the trio, but it’s about two of their friends; Xie Yu Chen and Hei Yan Jing. It’s a good one too: 9. Reunion: Mystery of the Abyss These two have a different story but with the same trio. Watch Conjuring Curse first than Misty Creed: 10. Conjuring Curse 11. Misty Creed Same trio, different story again. (It’s not part of the story line, so watch it whenever you want to.): 12. Time Raiders That’s it, I recommend watching all of them :)

@@ivarozan2118 Conjuring Curse and Misty Creed are apart movies, they don’t have anything to do with the order. It’s the same trio going on adventure like the other series, but it’s not part of the timeline. It’s just an apart movie with different actors. Almost all of the series have different actors.

I love the cast of this series and Ultimate note, and the Zhang qiling in "sound of province" is just so damn cute/handsome😊 he actually smiles a little and speaks a little better than the Zhang qiling in Ultimate note. But both of them including the one in this movie are my favorites 😺

Something that always gets me whenever I watch this over again is how the old man never talks about wanting to see/ meet his mother!! Only his father but his mother is the one who died giving birth to him! If I was in his situation, I would want to meet the one person I never met before. The person who literally died giving birth to me over the man who went crazy after my birth, and I had to physically chain up to keep safe. I may have wanted to meet my father for the man he was before I was born but. This always bothered me.
