Misua (also spelled mee sua or miswa) are a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour. It originated in Fujian, China. The noodles differ from mifen (rice vermicelli) and cellophane noodles in that those varieties are made from rice and mung beans, respectively.
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
1/2 kl Ground Pork
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
15 grams Spring Onion (minced)
180 grams Shiitake Mushroom (minced)
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Oil
Misua:
100 grams Misua
100 grams Carrot (minced)
200 grams Patola (sliced)
50 grams Moringa Leaves
1 medium Tomato (diced)
1 medium Red Onion (minced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)s
25 grams Dried Shrimp (hibe)
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
6 cups Water
