Why are the mechanical and electrical services not included in an LCA calculation? A building of 50 years could go through multiple services refits.

Hello! On 28:44 and later You are talking about some kind of software of an algorythm that You are used to run the analysis. What did You use there and how can get it? I am a student of Politecnical University in Milan and I am doing a thesis in building engineering master degree. And in my chapter on LCA I would like to use Your approach to avalute an it in a wooden frame building comparing with steel or concrete. Thank You!
