This special evening marks the launch of the new and highly anticipated Manly P. Hall anthology curated and with introduction by Mitch Horowitz, The Secret History of America. Pulling from these essays, Mitch explores the hidden threads of American history, demonstrating how Freemasonry, Spiritualism, hoodoo, Native American mysticism, and other occult doctrines played an authentic role in the development of our politics and culture. Mitch also considers Manly P. Hall’s “secret society thesis” and Hall’s little-known relationship with Ronald Reagan. He finally answers the all-important question: Is there a secret history of America?

Regurgitating the falsehoods force-fed to your forefathers courtesy of the 'Council of Nicaea'. But then again you have free will to deceive and be deceived. Europeans demonized ancient African rituals and turned them to self hating zombies. They are slowly taking back their power.

Thanks for the info on the shakers mr.horowitz , you made me think about the song spirit rapping. One of the scariest songs I ever heard , and it's up beat tempo makes it even creeper lol. I was wondering if you know if that was a shaker song or not Because it came to mind .

Not certain that mans search for spirituality will save us. Non affiliated may mean apathy. Society is very self serving and grossly divided with self centeredness at its core. I love your talks an optimistic viewpoint.

Good talk Mitch, thanks for covering up your tattoos, for when I show your talks to students, the tattoos are such a distraction, their questions quickly after the lecture is over are; What does his tattoos mean?
