Mithra Cave hotels is a true gem, good spread of a minimal breakfast, two panoramic terraces, amazing staff that arranged more or less everything for us from the airport transfer to the hot air balloon. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is on the upper side of the Göreme city so gives really good views of the whole city.
