Hi, in Maths Made easy, the answer to the use of HCL is to stop mitosis from occurring, but here it says to soften the tissue, which one would i write in the exam?

For calculating the mitotic index, should my answer always be 2dp (2 decimal places) or will I get how many decimal places or significant figures are needed in the question?

If its not specified in the question then 2dp is a good standard

For this practical when we're calculating mitotic index, in the video you mention it's a percentage. However, when we did a mock I didn't get a mark when I times by x100. For mitotic index do we x100?

Sometimes they require it as a percentage, but sometimes remain as a decimal. The units given should indicate this

Nope, there would be additional questions beyond the core practical.
