This is my fastest time achieved with TIER 1 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Maximum performance upgrades, including Stage 4. Default tuning options for all upgrades.
The burnout doesn't affect your time, it just make it harder to do a perfect launch. That's what I noticed.
This should help you to set a base time, before trying to change the performance settings to improve it. Good luck!
