Super quick Mitsubishi Eclipse takes on Nissan GTR.
This was filmed at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison Colorado.

thats what i love about old cars, the when the manufacturer cared about the target market of modders. Even it was was building a drag car like this eclipse or customizing the body like in the fast in the furious.. now its bullshit

Beautiful 2g I've had 3 and daily a 4g still everyday. Would love to have another gst or gsx eventually, it's hard to find ones that havnt been absolutely destroyed tho anymore unfortunately.

Eclipse car for 3-4000 euro, car for evryone . and its almost same like that Nissan. That eclipse model shows that thing like even cheap car can be fast and strong. I am fan of eclipse i have GS3 2.4 150 hp. not sport car. But even Porsche drivers looking jelaously, Eclipse good price, desighn, and power, car for evryone. Sry for bad english.

The eclipse isn't that slow... you put a good turbocharger in there with some EFI fuel and soup up there motor and your doing 160 all day

wow, given the spec differences between the two, Id have to say the eclipse won. 10.4 sec 2.4 Ltr 4 cyl against a 10.2 sec 3.8Ltr V6. With a difference of only 2 hundredths of a second, clearly a victory for the 15 year old Mistu.

You people don't actually believe that's a stock eclipse right? That eclipse owner could have bought a GT-R with all the money it took him to get that kind of speed. And he still lost to the GT-R.... The eclipse had a full 2 second head start.

G_Reg17 lol maybe for one race you could. A riced out eclipse would not last a week. And you would still spend more than 20k.
