Helvetin iso kiitos. Tämän videon perusteella onnistuin tekemään täydellisen puhdistuksen LN25:lle, jossa oli pöly mennyt homeeseen kovan viilennyksen vuoksi (ilmeisesti kondenssivesiallas on hieman väärään suuntaan kallellaan, joten vesi jää altaaseen, aiheuttaa kosteutta ja näin hometta tai ainakin näin epäilen). Pari vinkkiä kohtalotovereille: 1. kun otatte pois tuota kantta kohdass 0:40 niin nuo kannen klipsit / saranat saa auki mm. isohkolla talttapäisellä ruuvimeisselillä työntämällä klipsin alla olevasta pienestä reiästä 2. kun otatte pois tuota mustaa tuuletinrullaa sisältä, niin älkää vetäkö oikealta puolelta akselista väkisin sitä ulos. Kun pyöritätte rullaa niin sieltä löytyy 5:43 kohdassa oleva isompi kolo aivan oikealla rullassa. Siellä on ruuvi, joka pitää rullaa akselissa kiinni, jonka saa tosta 5:43 isommasta aukosta ruuvimeisselillä auki.

Kiitos lisävinkeistä. Meidän videoista puuttuu tarkat ruuvien paikat, kuvaus on enemmän osien järjestys ja miltä ne näyttävät irrallisina. Muoviklipsejä on monessakin osassa ja jos kone on (liian) lähellä kattoa, päällikuoren irroitus voi olla hyvinkin hankalaa tai jopa mahdotona.

Hyvä video! Sain myöskin homeet rassattua pumpusta pois. Omassa mallissa tuota elektroniikka korttia ei tarvinut irroittaa. Lisäksi puhallinsylinterissä oli lukitustappi moottorin pään akselissa

Everyone else who has problems removing the fan, on the right side, you need to look between the black fins of the unit, to find a single screw. Just loosen it a few turns and that's it.

Is there a way to easily take off the fins and flaps including the black metal lattice to clean off surface mold after a season of hard cooling use?

No, the metal grid will most likely get heavily bent when removed. I personally dislike that grid and is made solely for lawyers, i would get rid of it permanently if it was my unit when the condensate pan is sitting on the tabletop. Once grid is off cleaning the flaps is much easier.

PCB housing can stay, but everything else must be removed.

The problem with these air conditioners is the humidification of the air, they do not dry the air, mold forms in it. very difficult cleaning and maintenance. air conditioner mitsubishi electric muz ln25vg is a huge disappointment, I don’t recommend it

@@ilmalampopumputyour video is the best! I also watched a video with the Japanese version of the air conditioner, how well thought out and beautiful everything is, access to clean the fan is very simple and takes 1-2 minutes. Probably the Japanese deliberately complicated everything for us ((

Next time I need a Unit like this… I Will look for disassemble instructions first… Spent to many hours on this… If only your company had a department or partner in Denmark :-)
