No doubt it's better than Liana but in terms of reliability and maintenance cost in Pakistan no car can beat Toyota and Honda in the sedan segment. Same situation here in US.

2004 model is little old now to be bought unless you can find it from your relatives or friends then it's worth it. Any car after 2006 would be good to bought as cars can be rusted after 20 years.

Its even better than corolla or civic of that era..so beautiful silver full option lancer.these lancers grew in number these few years but nissan sunny 2005-10 are still rare ..the lcd screen in the stereo box is rarely seen here in these models

Mitsubishi, when it was launched, was probably the best sedan in Pakistan. However, within 1-2 years, civic reborn was launched and took it's place.

I have kept both 1.3 GL and 1.6 GLX and an Accord 1.8 CF3. Trust me these Japanese cars never disappoint. Just buy them, do the initial expense that has to be done after purchasing a used car, and you are good to go!

Dear first of all you are talking so much fast just like robot that a single word not understand . Secondly you are making a comparison with Suzuki liana with this car 🚗 I kept both cars in different years . No doubt Mitsubishi lancer is a good car but not in pakistan . I kept this same model and varient , in immaculate condition means just like new but i was disappointed . 10 days of month i visit mechanic shop for different adjustments . Parts are costly and not available easily . As compare Suzuki liana parts easily available new and used easily in market . 2) Road clearance Suzuki liana much better from lancer . 3) Fuel average Suzuki liana much better from lancer . 4) Air-conditioning Suzuki liana much better then lancer . 5) suzuki liana more spacious from inside as compared lancer . 6) Transmission automatic and manual is side talk . 7) Mitsubishi lancer oftenly creates sensor problems , as compared Suzuki liana not creates sensor problems . 8) If you see on the road in these days Suzuki liana still on the road as compared Mitsubishi lancer . I not seen lancer long time on road . 9) Suzuki liana still have resale as compared Mitsubishi lancer . This is my personal experience because i used both car's in different years . As you know when Suzuki liana introduced in Pakistani market it was first sensor based car , at that time ⏲️ our Pakistani mechanic didn't know about sensor based cars , said this car Suzuki liana not good car because they have no knowledge about sensor based cars . Now in these days every car is sensor based and Pakistani mechanic also its correction device laptop 💻 10) As compared Mitsubishi Suzuki liana body very strong . 11) In other countries Suzuki liana is popular and successful car . Mitsubishi lancer sedan car 1997 model Mitsubishi lancer sedan car 2000 model Mitsubishi lancer sedan car 2007 model No doubt all these model were good , but at the same time I face many difficulties about maintaining these vehicles . 1) parts availability difficult . No Resale . Fuel ⛽️ consumption very bad . Twice visit oftenly to machine work shop . As you said about car body rust . That Mitsubishi had no rust . It's not true , I see many cars of Mitsubishi brand cars which are totally rusted from inside specially floors . So it is not hard and fast rule that Mitsubishi will not be rusted . As you are saying that suzuki is not reliable why are purchasing suzuki brand . Suzuki built its trust . In canda suzuki is hot brand . As compared suzuki is hard cash 💸 Parts easily available new and used also . You can sale instant . As the base of discussion I am using suzuki liana since 18 years . Uptill now no trouble face . Solid body . A single part of body has no rust at all Fully power windows . Power steering . Central locking 🔒 Keyless entery . Air-conditioning chill 😎 , so I enjoyed summer season well . Heating very good , so I enjoyed winter season very well . Android pannel installed . Big digi . At present seneiro in market a good suzuki liana with original documents , original file , original book 📖 non accident car with lahore no price in market is round about 1.3 million . You know in present seneiro of market the car 🚗 prices are very high , so in 1.3 million budget a sedan car 🚗 is a present . As you know the Pakistani mechanic are not so much literate so 🤷 when liana lanuch first time in pakistan it was first sensor based car , at that time our Pakistani mechanic didn't know about sensor based cars , so they made propaganda that this car is fail or no good . Now in these days every car is sensor based and every good 👍 Pakistani mechanic has ability to resolve its faults and also had computers and electronic devices for correction . And lastly every car is good if you care , cange it's oil 🛢 and tunning in time ⏲️ Change mechanical parts in time . " IF YOU CARE YOUR CAR 🚗 IT GIVES YOU PLEASURE , OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE STANDING ON ROAD . " 😎

I still think to this date, Mitsubishi was one of the best manufacturer that ever came in the Pakistani market. I would still to this date pick any new Mitsubishi car than Corolla or Civic. Mitsubishi always did a splendid job in designing their vehicles to the point of drive and comfort. I think Mitsubishi couldn’t stay in the Pakistani market for much longer cuz of their marketing, I too own a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage M version which I bought in 2017 unregistered, I would still prefer and recommend this car over Passo, Vitz or New Cultus. Even to this day Lancer doesn’t even look that old considering it launched in 2004. The cars which were competing had no shape and elegance. Mitsubishi used to make “futuristic” shapes which still to this day look kinda new. It’s sad to see this immaculate brand go from Pakistani market. I think they are losing their interest in making cars, Mitsubishi now focuses on making home appliances and making fighter jets.

@@MuhammadNadeem-gn4in Market trend is changing brother because of unacceptable prices of new car for example 30 lac for WagonR ..... Liana and Lancer ETC were so hard to spot on road but now they're more common then last 4 5 years. obviously it don't held that much market value like Hondas and Toyotas but its the only factor that made it so cheap in price. Back in 2016/7 , lancers were easily available around 10 11 lacs but now 16-17 is no wonder
