Mitsubishi Lancer 2003 ES - PCV Valve Replacement

It's probably about time to replace the Powertrain Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve if your vehicle is experiencing an whistling, whining, or moaning noises. PCV valve replacement might also fix that excess oil consumption too.
Ideally, the PCV valve should be replace at every major scheduled service (30k, 60k, 90k, etc. mile).

My lancer throws a multiple random misfire replaced coils plugs wires and it still struggles to even get moving struggles to get to 50mph

hello do you know how to take out the injectors with everything and its rail? another question do you have the workshop, worksheet or where can I get one I have a 2006 ES does not change much, greetings keep it up

I always refer to the shop manual before i do any repair on my vehicle. I use the Mitsubishi Lancer 2003 Factory Shop Manual. I did at one point have a video on how to obtain a free copy of this manual but because of copy right issue, i had taken down the video. www.evolutionm.net/forums/lancer-troubleshooting/443432-lancer-factory-service-manuals-available-here.html . You should be able to obtain the 2006 version there.

Great videos man, I have a question I just change the tensioner of the Timing belt and now makes a whining noise, what could it be

I see why you took a look at this video because of the whining noise. The PCV valve can cause a whining noise. I would make sure i torque down those tensioner correctly. You can double check the pulley, they do make whining noise too.

Was it the tensioner belt bro bc same for me, I installed a new alternator, went away for a couple days and came back so I feel like it was the tensioner belt

Were you burning a lot of oil before you changed it? And did it get better after the repair?

i have mitsubishi 02 galant code p0456 engine light and replaced gas cap oem but still light pops up any suggestions if i replace pcv valve would this fix issue...
