I tightened mine to the max still isn't great, is the ebrake assembly seperate from the regular rear brake pads? Cause my rear pads are pretty worn out so if that's the case I'm not worried I have new pads and rotors on the way.

in addition to tighting the parking brake adjusting nut in the cabin you have to run the parking shoes all the way out and then five turns back at the brake drum/ drum on hat with the rotor on or until the rotor cant turn then turn adjusting tab back til rotor turns mostly free with little to no drag

Must have started it already, mine was tight so open the compartment lid and start from that seam, no tools required.

Yes, pretty much the same, evo x has one more cable for AYC control button only.

Yes, did mine today, cables for seat warmer and awc are there so be mindful and dont pull the cover off all the way.
