Best review of the 2004 model. I have the petrol 3.2ltr model and its almost the exact description. That delay when overtaking is real, however whenever i find myself doing so, switching to tiptronic after it gears down does the trick. You get to control the vehicles response and really feel its power.

Amazing ride. I have a 2003 pajero with the 2.8 doesn't have tip tronic but its same 4speed and I love it. No sunroof either and fabric seats so I guess I have the basic model

A nice family SUV.I have MY 2004,3.6,V6 patrol. it is with me for the last 7years.in a nut shell, Most reliable engine, good driving posture which provided a nice view and controllable grip on steering wheel. Nice Ac. By the way its a nice review presentation as well.

very good video, keep it up, I'm interested in a similar one, since it has less technology than the 3.2, I'd like to know if the 2.8 engine supports the weight of the truck

Yes 2.8L does its job very well. It do support. 3.2 has better feel but more problems too. Especially when it is getting old.

Dear iffi, job well done brother, I really enjoyed watching the video. I personally use pajero 2005 for a year and a half and I really enjoyed the drive on road and off road ass well. I would ask for the price if u feel comfortable telling us.

WS. It is a very good vehicle. I would rather prefer it over Prado as it is more comfortable and the interior is very nice. spares are available and not very expensive. A good SUV is hard to find these days. But if you manage to get one, it is one great thing to have :) Please let me know if you have more queries. Thank you.

Thanks for the tour of the car. As I'm interested in buying one it's great to have you show the viewers around. I'd be interested in knowing the internal dimensions of the boot space with all chairs folded as I'm keen to build a bed and simple storage unit so that it can double as my camper for the summer holidays. Can anyone let me know how long, wide and high there things are. My thinking is I can use it to move around the dirt roads where I live, and also comfortably travel between Spain, France and the UK as I often do in the summers.

If you want one, go for the 2.8L TD version. Its a good one from fuel economy perspective and from repair point of view too. Parts are available and not expensive.

@@iffithecarguy I have came to know that if it's fuel problem gets damaged than you have to change its engine as it's fuel pump is not repairable pr changeable in Pak

@@chaudhrymuzammil4241 Yes for the 3.2 version. But 2.8L 4M40 is a old engine that works well with the available diesel fuel. Plus the 2.8TD is almost all mechanical and parts are easily available and interchangeable. diagnosis is also easy for most mechanics. So If you want a Pajero, go for 2.8L TD version, its the best thing to have. If taken car, it is reliable and durable engine.

@@iffithecarguy my friend has that 2.8 Diesel engine pajero and his fuel pump got damaged so he had to change engine as there is no mechanic available in Pak for calibration of new fuel pump with old engine

This one is a 2.8TD and comes up with 4 speed automatic transmission. The 3.2 TDI comes up with a 5 speed automatic. This 4 speed is not bad either.

The 2.8 Turbo Diesel engine 4M40 is a very good one and runs so good and also lasts long if it is well looked after. It does require a little bit of care and use genuine Mitsubishi Parts only to keep it running good. The 3.2L 4M41 engine do have some problems. For instance, the Diesel pump may will fail down the road and it does have other complications too. Please let me know if you seek more information.
