TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mix Jam with Baking Soda And You’ll Love The Results!
INGREDIENTS:
Mixed fruit jam 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Foamy consistency
All purpose flour 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
1 egg
Milk 1/4 cup
Brush oil
Cook until golden brown both side
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Creative idea to use jelly in place of sugar for a pancake recipe. Many flavor options! Plus, they turned out so smoothe! Maybe because of sifting the flour in? Anyway, nice job!

I guess yes coz it's nothing but jam's pancake.. and so you may change the eggs with curd. There are eggless pancake recipes out there you can watch out.

You can use mashed bananas, flax seeds, apple sauce to name a few.

Sure you could. Any egg substitute should be fine. I've used aplesauce or bananas as Kristinas Momma suggested. Of course, it does affect the flavor, and the texture of the pancake may be changed a bit.
