I have seen a lot of these videos. I see the same errors over and over. Use a bigger bowl for mixing so everything gets properly mixed. Use a mixing spoon ( not fork ) for mixing. Fold your egg whites into the cookie mixture rather than mashing it. You are deflating your egg whites when you mash them. Your final product (cookies) looks like it needs a few more ingredients. There are better recipes for this same cookie. See coconut macaroon recipes.

Bardzo fajne ciasteczka z kokosem kokos bardzo lubię natomiast nie jest napisane czy mleko skondensowane słodzone czy niesłodzone gdyż nie słodkie nadaje się do kawy skondensowane słodkie można zrobić karmel Proszę o odpowiedź dziękuję bardzo

Te ruskie mleko skondensowane w puszce jest slodzone, tak jak nasze w tubce, smakuje wybornie nawet same bez dodatkow :-))
