Mn 30 sal ka young boy hu...mn ne is recipe ko follow kerte hue first time🙂 kabab bnae ....aap ne 1/2 kg aloo lea...mn ne try kerne k ly ....1/4 kg lea aur baqi cheezen bhi half dali....mutter aur dhanya reh gya...but phir bhi buhat acche bane.....so thanks for sharing this recipe to us....🙂

I only use egg white n mix in plain flour n add a bit of water to make it not very thick paste nor very thin medium dip ur vege cutlets in the dip n roll it in dry semolina they come out very crispy after frying

I tried this recipe but I boil and fry chicken with chiken tika masala and garlic , chilli, soya sauce then add veges and stirred for 4,5 mints then mix with potatoes

Ingredients -1)Boil Aloo. 2)Gajar +Hari Shimla Mirch + Boil Matar+ Band Gobi (Patta Gobi)+Pyaj +Daniya +Hari Mirch + Boil Chicken (optional ). Mix well all ingredients. After that add salt acc to taste +Daniya powder+Lal mirch +Kali mirch +Jeera in all masala .Ab in sb ko ache se mix kr ley fir hath mei tel lga k ghol bna kr ik kdai ley us mein tel ko grm kr ley ab kbab ko Egg mei dip kr kdai mei fry kr ley . Dish achi h or healthy nhi h kyuki ek aloo h aur dusra tel mei fry kr na h 😢😢
