I learned a major lesson with this video lol. I always immediately start mixing after I record, and end up after an hour, with something that I'm not fully happy with. Definitely gunna start seperating my recording and mixing sessions, and trying to simplify things a bit more. Btw, the new logic update is great so far.

@@slipperychugger you have to update your whole computer,thats why i had to do to get the update.. i was 12.5 previously then after update it went to 13.5

So this is the thing that always trips me up… those vocals sound great but theyre so loud on the meter and pushing the track past 0 db- what do you do about that part?

There’s no way I’d be able to do this in five minutes. I’m an amateur. Is there a video that you’ve got that you can do this, but you walk through every single thing that you do. Like when you got to the EQ, can you just tell us exactly what you’re doing as you’re doing it. Like be more specific! 😢
