Mix Yeast with Lentils, you will be delighted!❗ A long forgotten RECIPE! This is how my great-grandmother cooked! And everyone who ate was happy!
Ingredients:
half a glass of lentils (100g)
1 cup hot water (300ml)
2.5 cups flour (350-400g)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
bake at 180 C (350) 40-50 minutes
