Sound is 👍 Problem with 3b maps like this, besides the unit count advantage (which you technically have on normal 3b maps as well) is that there will be (more) asymmetrical fronts, where player(s) have moves that can't be mirrored by the other player. You did mention this and showed it with the arrows a bit but I don't think fast/slow base tells the story. The center bases are ahead of the top and bottom bases, this is symmetrical The p2 Center base is ahead of the p1 Center base, this is asymmetrical but doesn't really matter because there's no early interaction between the center bases due to the rivers, but it could've been a problem if the Lab was a city or something for example. P1's top and bottom bases (top left and bottom left) are ahead of p2's (top right and bottom right), which means that for early interactions between them p1 is ahead and p2 can't mirror your moves. I haven't played the map and haven't looked at it in detail, but to me it seems like you recognized this advantage p1 has and maximized it by going sideways while minimizing p2's advantage of getting to build first bcopter. A similar problem happens on mirror sym maps, like Caustic Finale and Secret Ways, where even though there isn't a unit count advantage (they're 4 base instead of 3 base maps) there are some asymmetrical fronts.
