Hi again. 10/10 for me. I always associate Danger Mouse with the phrase "Good grief!" I'm a different generation. I've looked up the gecko before and come across his name. Not many in the UK know that Jake Wood, who plays Max Branning in the soap opera Eastenders, is known in the US for voicing a gecko in insurance ads. The bonus is Ray Bradbury who also did the weird "The Illustrated Man" involving a man whose animated tattoos tell stories.

7/10 + the bonus. Only knew the bonus because my brother read Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles. Loved the movie Fahrenheit 451. Their intent was to dumb the people by banning books. The fireman’s job was to burn books, not fight fires. Thanks for bringing back some memories.

9 out of 10, no bonus. Missed the explorer question and somehow missed the bonus despite having read both books and liking the author. Lucky to get the gecko question. Knew it wasn't the Wall Street one, but otherwise a guess.

Nice mix of questions. Got 9 of 10 right plus the bonus. Q5 tripped me up. I’m a geography buff and this is the first time I’ve heard of the Molucca Sea. So, love that I learned something new today! Thanks Mister Quizster!

Does it still count if about half of the ones I got right were through process of elimination of the multiple choice options that I knew for certain were wrong? Without going back to double-check I think I missed 2/10 plus the Bonus. Edit: Yup, I got two wrong (Q5 & Q9). And one of the ones I got right I had narrowed down to 50/50 and correctly chose the one I thought most likely to be correct.

Q2 instantly ruled out Popeye but not that familiar with Charlie Brown or Dick Tracy but thought I might recognise the line they are best known for and since I had no idea who or what Dogwood Bumstead is I chose that. Q5 not the slightest idea, guessed wrongly. Q9 not familiar with the GEICO Gecko (must be a N. American thing) but guessed correctly. The rest I knew.

Didn't know the gecko even had a first name. The bonus question was very easy because you were referring to one of my favorite authors of all time. So, 8 out of 10 plus bonus. Better than I usually do.
