The Logo button does work, but only when the Transition style is set to DVE (it's the Source Wipe or Graphic Logo Wipe style option in MixEffect > Transitions > DVE). As for Sting, your guess is as good as mine. In order for that to work, the Extreme needs to be able to store Clips in the Media Pool. I don't know if the hardware can even support that.

I haven't heard of any new ATEM switchers coming down the pipeline. Some of their Production Studio switchers are getting a little long in the tooth, so I would guess they are next to be updated as opposed to the ATEM Mini lineup. Cross our fingers that 2022 will see some new hardware.

If you place Keynote on the left-hand side of your iPad Split View with MixEffect on the right-hand side, you can continue to control MixEffect with Companion while Keynote is presenting. If you are on the iOS 16 beta, you can do this from within Stage Manager as well. The iOS 16 version of MixEffect will also have a special Picture-in-Picture (PIP) feature that will let you run MixEffect as a floating window on top of other applications. MixEffect will no longer need to be in the foreground for it to operate. I hope to get this out by the time iPadOS 16 is released to the public (presumably in October).

There are a couple of OSC plugins the last time I looked, but they don't implement all the parameters I would need to support MixEffect's OSC implementation. I don't yet have a plan to release a Stream Deck-native plugin at the moment (due to time constraints), but there's nothing stopping a third-party developer from doing it.

Not yet but it’s something I plan to do. Because of the sheer number of pages that the 32 button uses, there might be some functionality that I have to simplify or remove to work on the 15 button decks. Stay tuned!

Not sure I understand the question. What kind of ATEM switcher do you have? SSRC doesn’t work on ATEMs that do not support SuperSource. If the buttons aren’t working, read this blog post. Sometimes importing the profile into Companion has problems: labs.mixeffect.app/article/2022/05/companion-profile-installation-troubleshooting/

@@AdamTow I have an Atem 4ME, it works, but there is not the SSRC and Multiview icons on the 21 pages and no pages for that

I will need to get a loaner switcher from BMD, but I plan to make ones for them. I need to update the app and the native module to support some of the older features of that switcher (i.e. Audio and Chroma). Stay tuned!

You can run Companion and the StreamDeck software side by side but you have to enable this setting in Companion to make this work. It’s under the Settings tab. Some people, however, like to run just Companion, and that would mean you have to quit the Elgato StreamDeck software and make sure it doesn’t launch at startup.

1) What version of Companion are you running? I currently (at the time of this comment) recommend the 3661 build from the bitfocus.io/companion/download/builds/ beta builds page. 2) Can you verify that in MixEffect Settings > Automations that Enable Automations and Enable OSC are turned on? Furthermore, in your Switcher Connection settings, Enable OSC is turned on for your switcher along with the correct port number (i.e. 49990). 3) Go to Page 23 and press on Button 4 in the Companion Admin. That’s the White button on the Color Generators page. Is the Press Action section for that button filled out with a call to the MixEffect module or is it blank? If it’s blank, you will have to reinstall the Companion Profile again. After importing the profile and clicking the verification buttons, you’ll want to quit and restart Companion. Then, reconfigure everything in the Connections tab as before.

Not at the moment. I have to work on a dedicated 15-button profile. Problem is running out of pages. I've used over 70 of the pages filling up all 32 buttons, so I will have to sacrifice some features/sections in order to make it work with the 15-button Stream Deck.

I don't know about all of the modules in the beta builds of Companion coming out to the release build. I do know that Johnny is still working on the update to the module with feedback support, but that might be delayed due to more OSC actions coming in the 1.3.0 release. I'm hoping to get that out next week.

Sorry, MixEffect only works with Macs, iPhones, iPod touch, and iPads. No plans at the moment to port the app over to Windows or Android.

If you click on one of the buttons and the Press Actions section is blank, you'll need to re-install the profile. There's a bug in Companion where sometimes importing a profile doesn't import the Press Actions associated with a button. The bleeding edge beta builds doesn't have the Win64 version, but any of the betas on the Bitfocus website will work for you: bitfocus.io/companion/download/builds/

I did enable Family Sharing with the MixEffect app, so I'm not sure what's happening. What error is it giving you when you try to Restore Purchases. I can look into this.
