Are the visitors allowed to get on the ballons.?

how do balloons retire from flying does a man come to check them or do you just stop flying them and then after a period of time the balloon decays

Every year balloons have an annual inspection where the fabric is tested under pressure called the grab test, if the fabric rips then the balloon is no longer safe to fly
