I really like the fact that you go over everything two or three times as opposed to just once and quit.I think also doing the pathway stones and stones around a garden brighten up the job that you do, or the bottom of the bricks around a house, or the inside part of a fence that lines the driveway of the client. It's all the little things that make it so special. You do a great job!!! Truly, I've never seen anyone else that goes over an area more than once and you do!!!! Awesome!!!

I am considering a pressure washing business over the last 3 weeks I've been looking at pressure washing videos and people with thousands of dollars worth of equipment you have simple equipment I made that driveway and sidewalk look like they just set concrete down now I see it doesn't take a million dollars worth of equipment how to do a fantastic job good job

So happy you mentioned this channel! It's funny - I saw this channel pop up in my feed awhile ago and I thought it looked like you, but I didn't know you did power washing. I meant to go back and look later and, of course, completely forgot! I was so excited - I subbed right away! There was no doubt in my mind that you would do a great job! And you did! Your washing complemented your lawn work beautifully and the home now looks flawless! Very nicely done! I would only advise two changes. First, on the walk between the drive and the front door, there is an edging perpendicular to the walk on the street side and rocks lining the left side. Both should really have been cleaned, too. As well as the three (four? Can't remember) stepping stones that weigh down the artificial turf on the house side of the walk. And second, is the biocide or hypo you sprayed in the drive. Another comment says it very well, but pressure wash first, hose down grass and plants nearby with plenty of water (keeps the hypo from killing them!), and while still wet, spray the hypo on the drive. Go wash part of the sidewalk for 20 minutes and then go back to rinse. Be sure to rinse the grass, etc well afterward to protect from runoff. The hypo will continue to brighten the drive afterward. Also, you can use way less (saving you $$ for bigger profit) since it doesn't have to work on all the stuff you've already removed. If you spray first, it's fighting with a thick layer of crud! Hope I haven't offended - I want you to have huge success! 🩷 Can't wait for the next one!

Beautiful work! What I like to do on my own property is pressure wash the road itself along the curb line. I just keep a wash line the width of the surface cleaner head as you will be surprised how much sediment it removes improving drainage to the sewer 😉

great job and attention to detail! couple of ideas; on long walks, do 3 or 4 sections and then wash them down before the left over dirty water has a chance to dry. just makes it easier. great job though and don't forget your hat in that sun, i bet the girls love it!!

Les voy a dar un consejo para que no gasten muchos químicos. Cuando trabajan con hipoclorito, si la superficie no está previamente limpia, el cloro va a encontrarse con mucha alga que atacar y no será efectivo el blanqueamiento ya que hay algas muy gruesas que el cloro nunca atravesará. Primero laven con presión, enjuaguen el sucio desprendido, y luego aplican el post treatment con hipoclorito y detergente. Ya el suelo estará previamente húmedo y les ahorrará tiempo y químico. 20 minutos en remojo y enjuague final después. En el video vi que Aplicaron en detergente al inicio y con suelo seco. Siempre humedezcan antes ya que al suelo estar caliente, si se aplica en detergente se evaporará rápidamente y el hipoclorito no hará su trabajo tan efectivo como si estuviera húmedo. La humedad previa permite enfriar el pavimento y hacer que el hipoclorito sea efectivo ya que el calor degrada la efectividad blanqueadora del cloro. Espero les sea útil este tip. Trabajo en empresa química que suple resorts. El after treatment con hipoclorito y detergente permite no solo blanquear las manchas que quedaron, sino que también prolonga la durabilidad de su trabajo y los clientes estarán más contentos y darán testimonio y ganarán más clientes. Recuerden siempre humedecer la vegetación alrededor, previo al blanqueamiento para no afectar la flora.

Guys, I see you left that one block of sidewalk next to the neighbor's driveway dirty. In cases like this, you should just go ahead and clean those parts so that it doesn't appear that you've dirt shamed the other guy. Need to do those spots just out of common courtesy, because it makes everything look a bit better in the end. Looks lkinda weird with just one block of sidewalk there that's still dirty.

My only suggestion for the chemical on the driveway, is to use a broom to make sure it penetrates as deep into the dirt as possible. Oh and keeping it wet by using water every 2-5 minutes, depending on how hot it is.

Local governments are weird. Park your vehicle on the sidewalk, and they'd make you move it. Maintain the sidewalks is a private owners job to pay for it being done. Where is the DPW?

You should have done that last section of side walk by the mail box also, it would have taken maybe another 5 minutesto do and it wouldn't stand out that much.

Where does the water flow in the drains in you're area? I know in Australia most residential storm water drains run into rivers and creeks so I can't let any water go down the drains...
