It really saddens me that there's a "movement" where getting arrested for a crime is kidnapping, that if we follow the laws we're slaves, and that everyone should drive around with no license, tags or insurance. Society cannot survive as an anarchy. And I would love to see two SovCits get in a car accident with each other when neither one has insurance and then sit there with two totalled cars and no hope. Then they can both know who is the injured party

Yeah I put up a comment elsewhere the other night, these people are essentially anti-civilization. We don't set up a justice system out of some base need to allegedly "enslave" each other, we do so because it's necessary for civilization to thrive. I'm convinced their appeals to this allegedly high-minded version of enlightened "freedom" are actually just short-sighted narcissism. They're juvenile iconoclasts who can't get over themselves.

I have to disagree Counselor that he is not a danger or threat. He is driving a 3000lb car with no registration and insurance. If he damages something or injures somebody, there are no protections for the injured party and no way to insure that his vehicle is in proper condition to be on the road or way to identify him. He therefore, is making a conscious decision to operate dangerously and illegally upon the roadways. With no respect for law, I don't even believe we can trust him to not drive too fast, stop at stop signs or anything of that nature. I would rather he act out violently, at least we'd know who to taze and remove from society.

@@mircat28 If they actually looked up laws, they’d realize that you don’t need to damage a person or their property in order to be charged with a crime. There are states where going a certain amount over the speed limit is considered a crime (in NY, going 30+mph over the speed limit constitutes as reckless driving). And no, you don’t get to claim you didn’t know what the speed limit is, even if it’s true, because ignorance is not an excuse. If you’re in an area where the speed limit isn’t posted, you have to obey the default speed limit. It’s like a lot of these Sov Cits conveniently forget that things like speed limits exist to keep people safe and they don’t want to be warned to slow the fuck down before they kill somebody.

It's ironic that he repeatedly states he has signed no contracts, so he is somehow immune to legal requirements or repercussions, but in the next breath is claiming to charge people from his phony fee schedule. You need to read the blurb of what Sov Cits are. There are about 300,000 in the US. They are in the UK. Canada and Australia. They all follow the same script saying the same thing. Some of them say the words in voices like this guy and he gets called a nice guy. He's still a lying scammer following the group script. Some say the words and get called psycho. It all depends on their educational and IQ levels. But they say the same stuff and follow the same script. And when I say script. I mean literally. You watch enough and some have binders. Some have sheets of paper they try to get the cops to read and some have Sov Cit KZfaq fake attys on the phone telling them what to say because they don't have it memorized yet.

I had an interesting thought. Imagine a scenario where a small group of "sovicits" who don't believe in traffic laws are made to sit down with a small group of women from *Mothers Against Drunk Driving* ... If the sovicts had their way, there would be no licenses, or license plates etc (unless, of course, you're "engaged in commerce"....) Anyone and everyone, regardless of age, regardless of competency, regardless how drunk they are, would be allowed to *travel* on the roads unfettered. "The self-ownership awakening". Transit would thus become absurdly dangerous. In my opinion, people likely would *cease "traveling" altogether* because their lives would be in peril. Who would ever bring their children onto roads that are filled with speeding, inebriated "travelers" with no regard for...anything? With that in mind, it's one thing to plead your asinine case about "traveling" to a cop. It's something else to *justify it* to a woman whose lost a kid to a drunk driver. These narcissists...

I think that the DA going after him for forging registration documents, which includes license plates, is a brilliant move. A quick look at the relevant part of the California Vehicle Code (Article 4, Section 4463) looks like it could stick. If this works, it's a great way of shutting down the sovcit false plate scam.

I'm not an attorney, but I also think this sounds like a clever move on the prosecutor's part. I mean, his license plate was indeed fake. It was a "forged" license plate, meant to pass as a legit license plate otherwise issued by the state. I hope they nail him for it. Too many people are at risk to possibly falling prey to his toxic rhetoric. *Unless* the consequences of his antics end up being brutal. *That* will take away a bit of his "luster". I'd prefer his devotees learn from *his mistakes* instead of blindly following his lead and thus ending up in their own legal debacles.

All they need to do is join with a large BLM group and then actually do some good for *THEIR PEOPLE* with all your expected $70 million. Head west to Arizona which has the largest amount of Navajo Reservations. Navajo are the largest Native Americans left in the U.S. Give thanks to John McCain and EXXON, Shell, Esso for polluting their water supply for about 30 years. Their water is cloudy and yellow. [Forget Flint! Their problem was fixed, right?? Why do you think??] 40% of Navajo on the reservation don't even *have* running water. Do people just think they get on nice paved roads to get to a Walmart? Silly people then. Study the terrain. It's rocky and in the desert with no lights on many parts of any road. They can't afford cars so depend on what's called the "rez car". They rely on "Water Lady" and "Water Man" -- other residents who even have trucks to do the same. Bring water in barrels and gallon jugs. I don't know the solution but its obvious that our government doesn't give a rip and this is just one tribe.
