Here's how these scenarios should go down: Cop: "You're being trespassed off the property" You need to leave now". Miscreant: "Blah, blah, blah, derp, derp, derp, blah blah blah". Cop: "Are you refusing to leave?" Miscreant "Derp, derppitty, derp, blah-dee, blah-blah, derppitty, derp, derp". Cop: "You're under arrest". (See how easy that was?)

Exactly what I was going to say. I'm not sure why the police indulge these guys so much, other than the fact that the police are being raked over the coals for every little thing. They are hesitating, because everybody has a camera, and no matter how egregious the conduct, the police are criticized no matter what they do. It's dangerous for them, because when they hesitate, they could be killed or injured. These nuts can go from zero to a hundred in 1 second, and he could have any number of weapons.

They’re very likely dealing with them in the manner they’ve been advised to handle them by Federal authorities & three lettered agencies. Their numbers throughout their Individual but connected communities are growing & law enforcement are better off dealing with them in a way to potentially avoid incidents than otherwise. These lunatics are individually manageable, but collectively VERY dangerous & a national security threat.

And if the police did that, there are those folks who would complain that the cops just "start arresting" without giving anyone a chance. There are those who will always find something to complain about. But I do agree that once given the chance to leave, the "conversation" about moors, sovcits, their views needs to stop. Just tell them what the law requires: Id yourself, leave or be arrested and then get it over with. These idiots see their diatribe as some kind of victory. It's not, it's just mental illness.
@nigellill3222

@@Tsiri09 There are instances where it does work ie The changing of the Queens guard in London. The guards march from A to B on a clearly marked route, if tourists or bystanders block the route the sergeant will announce in a clear audible voice "Make way for the Queens guard" the choice is then up to you. If you don't stand aside the guard will push you aside without breaking step. I'm sure there are instances in the states which are similar, maybe at the tomb of the unknown soldier ? if you refuse an order from the guard there you don't get a second chance, the order is not up for debate or an opportunity to discuss your constitutional rights. You're right though there will always be the ones that make it their life's work to find fault. Have a great day.

Law Talk With Mike he is the landlord by virtue of the fact (at least in his own mind if not in reality) that he is a Moorish American National Aboriginal Indigenous Natural Man, and therefore owns all of the land beneath his feet. Part of the Moorish nonsense is that this land is "Moorish America" and is owned (in allodial title) by each and every Moor. The "United States of America" is a corporation on their land, as is McDonald's Restaurants Ltd., Starbucks Coffee Company, and probably your law firm, too! I still can't figure out how _each and every_ individual Moor holds allodial title to each and every square foot of Moorish America -- Do their rights and interests never conflict?? If I were that cop and he asked me “Do you intend to injure me”, I’d have said, “At this point, yes.” Why do police officers waste so much time on this shit. Just yank him out, arrest his ass and be done with it. This is so frustrating.

They always register themselves as privates. I think they aim too low. I'm going to register as a General. And for Maritime court, why Army Ranks? I wanna be an Admiral.

Is there a time limit on how minutes can be wasted on these people. I think they should put a maximum of 10 minutes, then taz him and arrest him and forget they put him in a cage for about 65 hours.

I used to be a Starbucks employee. In the absence of the Store manager and the assistant store manager (if there is one) the shift manager is responsible for the safety of employees and customers and I assure you Starbucks takes that very seriously. It appears to be night time, as you can see through the windows, a reason to my mind for heightened caution. If the shift manager reasons that any individual is a serious disruption and/or danger to the customers and employees they are most certainly allowed, by Starbucks regulations, to call the police. Whether that decisoin was reasonable is a matter for upper management and whether lawful is a matter for the courts.

@7:01 This cop started out good, and stern. But, he starts playing the game that so many cops fall into...he starts this "word salad," and it just goes on and on. Simple Rule for dealing with Sov Cits no matter what the flavor: -Ask: Ask the suspect to comply. -Tell: Tell the suspect to comply, or he/she will be arrested. -Do: Arrest the suspect.
