Bathroom renovation completed and revealed to the customer.....and they love it.
Once the tilers had finished it was a case of getting in and beginning to fit the basin, toilet towel rail and shower cubicle along with the shower itself to complete the bathroom renovation.... and it looks amazing

If my customers are tall I always ask them if they want the basin fitting higher than standard height . I agree with centralising the tap with the grout line . I don’t bother with the pipe caps , as they can’t be seen . When I’ve pushed the pan back , and testing the flush , I always shine a torch through the toilet seat holes to check for any leaks from the cistern before fitting the seat . Those tile drill bits are the best I’ve ever used and cheap as chips . Great video again Mark

Just wanted to say appreciate the detailed video , congrats on the sponsor too , I bought a pack of those drill bits and give some to my co-workers who have used them many times already even to my surprise as I thought they wouldn't give them a go I'm relatively new to the company but definetly come across occasions that would have emptied batteries to get through that this bit just piloted through like nothing.

Made me chuckle i fitted a new syphon the other day , I thought oh that rubber looks good wont go back out, in the pouring rain to grab the Dow silicone from the van !! yep you guessed it a tiny weep came had to take it all out , bead of silicone and sorted !! I had my fingers crossed for you when you chopped the toilet pan previously and cringed at the electrician smashing the ceiling out!!! The only thing I would of added is a few lumps of (sister joists) C24 timber to put some strength back into that floor as I wouldn't want to see any of that beautiful tiling crack due to any springiness underneath.

I fit a black shower screen once. Went to drill the profile for the self tappers using the 3mm drill bit they supplied, as soon as i touched the profile the drill bit bent in half and scratched a nice circle into the profile. Was a disaster.

Stunning neat job! Shower screen rollers are always the weak point in many shower screens. I've noticed the screws that come with them are often not fit for the job. Some I've fitted have been barely 6mm in LENGTH with only about 2mm of thread. Can get a bit more bite by countersinking the plastic part a little deeper. I've noticed in show rooms they are often falling apart too! Any thoughts on companies that do them well?
