Hear me out: a Shaolin Monks styled game based around the Cyber Initiative. Two Campaigns: Sub-Zero with Smoke, and Sektor with Cyrax.

I remember playing this in coop with my little brother. I hated the shared healthbar, cause if one of us died, usually the other one could clutch the win, but not here. And I wish we had half the kinda teamwork you two have lol.

What emulation software did you guys use and what ram to run the game?

Finally got around to watching this, very impressive run, nice job! About the spear glitch, you said it happens most of the time but for me and my brother it usually doesn't happen at all. The only difference I can think of besides the characters we use, is that we stand away from the middle where the spear hits and then we run into it and press R2. Maybe you can try that instead of standing in the middle blocking and see if that makes any difference, assuming you haven't tried that already. By the way, do you happen to know what causes the game to sometimes crash on the cutscene after killing Kintaro? I don't have that problem on my single player Liu Kang run, but the two any% single player real hardware runs on speedrun com have to save and quit before the fight to avoid it, while none of the emulator runs have that problem. Is it an emulator vs real console thing? But the crash does still happen in our liu and kung coop runs even though it doesn't on my single player run, both on real hardware. I dunno, confusing stuff. Anyways like I said this is really impressive, you've really pushed the run a huge amount compared to your previous PB on the leaderboards. I hope you make it into a marathon, that will be fun to watch.
