I think NrS wanted ppl to flawless block Kang. His pressure game is way to dumb in this game. You have to block so much and hope that if you press a button that it will go threw. There's no doubt NRS wanted ppl to be flawless block masters which I personally think the mechanic sucks. Only handful of ppl actually use it.
