I feel the same. I play Cetrion a lot and It takes a lot patience and reads to get 25% dmg combo with 1 meter, which is kinda frustrating. No doubt, Cetrion is royalty-ass zoning character, but there is an issue. You HAVE to zone your opponent to deal some damage, then you can turn on footsies and keep midrange distance to get some combos. Cetrion has truly best buttons in the game, teleport. Her 1 is just hilarious anti-air tool which has +3 frames on block. But it compensates with low dmg. Anti air combo deals about 15-18%, the only reliable krushing blow is 213 and I noticed that some players prefer to use breakaway when they get on 213. Cetrion needs all her pushback game, pokes, far-reaching normals, etc. to be useful character. Just to clear the air, we have Sonya with insane dmg and 50/50, strong spam zoning and good anti-air game. In this case Sonya would be more easier to use, because even if you have opportunity to zone as Cetrion, you have to mind game frame traps into geyser, provoke opponent to mistake. Mk 11 is counter pick based fighting game, almost every character has bad match ups, but practice shows that Cetrion is in counter zoning meta nowdays (Jade, Scorpion, J. Cage and his projectiles, etc). I just see Cetrion as typical easy-to-learn hard-to-master character and it is really hard to get the maximum out of character as Dragon does.

@@alexkirk5879 I use dash 21 b2 bf4 amp. Dunno if it's optimal. Might also be able to do 4 bf1 amp d4 bf4 amp. Same as if comboing after f21 actually

He did fantastic against Sonicfox using Kitana in a recent tournament. That character is much better suited towards fighting Sonic than Cetrion is too. I wish he’d use her more often.

Probably already uses him but not gonna go ham until he tournament legal or about to be legal, no rush
