fr. there are some variations which i think would be deemed broken if fox touched them...e.g next gen jacqui,scalet v3, no barred sonya. (imo i think fox can make a decent rajin raiden)

B1 has trouble reaching kabal from range and F3 is slow and unsafe whereas Kabal is super safe on all his strings. Even B1 is too slow for kabal at times.

actually, this is how most fights between kabal and liu kang go. kabal is liu kangs kryptonite. liu kang has very short melee range and kabal has reach advantage as well as better poking game that allows him just restard his never ending hook combos on liu kang.

it has nothing to do with the patch. liu kang was always just decent in mortal kombat 11. people made this myth about him being "broken" because of the way ninjakiller uses him. only thing is, ninjakiller has insane skills. liu kang is very weak against characters that has melee reach advantage over him. kabal, skarlet, jade, scorpion, kollector, all are kryptonite to liu kang and can bully him via distance control.
