Hi, i use a Panasonic Lumix ZS100. I'm not sure how it is in other countries, but in the US, most venues allow you to bring in "non-pro" cameras. As long as it is a compact size camera that does NOT have a removeable lens and is not a video camera, they will let you bring it in. SLR cameras and GoPro style devices are definitely not allowed. Every venue is a little different, so just look up the FAQ for your venue website to see what's allowed.
