If you are referring to the process of defining the machine environment in Mastercam, that isn't something that we recommend people try to do on their own. In some cases, a developer environment is required to build the environment or post processors required, in which case it wouldn't be possible even with a video. Reach out to your local reseller for more information, but note that you don't have to exclusively work with your primary reseller for these things.
