Bro Hp lock if you Hit lord and no have in the field of view, HP Lord will stay on your at the top of the screen very helpful if you try steal. Hp shift similarly works The life bar for example lorda moves with screen on close distance. i think better HP Lock because i can watch the lord life bar safely from a greater distance if I hit him with a skill or an attack . I tried my best to describe it in my poor English I think I helped

bro you should always turn on screen shake as you can check the bushes with it example: when you use clint's ult in a bush and if there's a enemy the screen will shake

the thing im mad about is when a low enemy hides on a bush and i use an ability it doesnt target the enemy cuz i cant see him and im doing a combo so i always die

Just manually target your skills into that bush if the enemy is going inside of it. It is better to drag skill(manual cast) rather than just spamming button(auto cast) completely and missed all your skills combo.

After recent update, my hero keep walking forward. I'm not sure why. Especially when you use a skill on enemy. It keep walking towards the target

I believe HP Shift move makes the HP of an enemy even when they're hp wouldn't be visible. Like when you attack Lord and walk down you wouldn't be able to see his HP but if HP Shift is on it makes his HP visible as long as Lord is on your screen. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
