Whenever Simon swims and notices he’s not going fast enough, he always presses the buttons even faster and just makes it way worse because he’s now MISSING THE RHYTHM. I don’t know why he does it. He’s been making this mistake for like three years.

In Swimming, keep the last spurt for the end 10m or something. Its like a boost or NOS in drag race. Using it early would not help as seen in the races
