Laura Sanko Demos an offence to the defence of an arm triangle. This is a a couple of simple techniques to make the most of a situation where your opponent is defending by 'answering the phone'.
This offence get's you a submission by a key lock, and if they defend this technique, you can submit your opponent with the arm triangle you were originally going for.
