I haven't watched vocaloid MMDs in so long, but it's amazing to see all of the models from past years!! All of the contributors that go into MMDs, from the models to the motions, the effects, stages, everything - vocaloid is such a fan-based medium, I love it

I haven’t until my friend just recently sent me her vocaloid playlist! And she is a big ghost and pals fan, so after the first songs, she somehow added a song on mistake, and it was the miku My Death Day, and that scared the living daylights out of me! I couldn’t sleep that night. Vocaloid songs can be pretty scary😅

I been seeing this song a lot lately and I'm finally took the time to enjoy the full song. I'm turning 35 in a couple months so I was high school when I first heard about miku. It's got me very nostalgic. The magic I used to feel with anime and anime adjacent stuff is coming back to me in a big way. I miss those days man.

2:35 the song sung in English was perfect without being robotic, the mikumikudance program is so perfect that in English the voice became perfect? If so, it's really cool to see her singing perfect English without being robotic. ♥ love Miku ♥

That has nothing to do with MMD, which is an animation program. It's the Vocaloid software giving Miku a better command of English. I recall seeing an interview in which Saki Fujita mentioned having to take English elocution lessons as preparation to recording a new voice bank for V. 3. They wanted Miku to "speak" English better.

Quite possibly one of the best production values on the platform. Extremely good and expressive. One or two questionable camera positions but overall a very worthy contender for my favourite animation thus far. Great job.
